TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!!
Many have come to understand that being blessed means to be endowed with certain things, gifts, wealth, materials and powers.
Many rich celebrity Pastors and televangelists have preached prosperity and wealth as signs of being blessed by GOD.
What would you say if I were to tell you that being “blessed” (barukh) may mean more than to cause to prosper?
In the Scripture verses of Psalm 1:1, Matthew 5:3 and Luke 1:42, the word “blessed” is more accurately understood as meaning “happy” or “favored.”
It alludes to the state of being delighted in the knowledge and accepting of the fact that we are insufficient of ourselves and must totally depend on FATHER YAHWEH for everything. Our spirits are depleted (poor) but we are happy in the knowledge that God’s Spirit isn’t and that He is with us in all things.
To be truly blessed we must be God-conscious and aware that God is for us and He being for us is more than the world against us. We are truly blessed when we can rest in the assurance of and trust in the promises of God for our lives – moving and breathing in His strength and by His Spirit and not our own.
We are eternally blessed when we can surrender and forfeit our will for God’s Will and completely Trust that He knows what is best for us.
And we become a “blessing” to God when our souls can say through our trials and persecutions that “Though He slay me, yet will I Trust and Honor Him.”

TO YAHWEH BE ALL GLORY & HONOR
17 Pray regularly. 18 In everything give thanks, for this is what God wants from you who are united with the Messiah Yeshua.
19 Don’t quench the Spirit, 20 don’t despise inspired messages. 21 But do test everything — hold onto what is good, 22 but keep away from every form of evil.
23 May the God of shalom make you completely holy — may your entire spirit, soul and body be kept blameless for the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah. 24 The one calling you is faithful, and he will do it.
If you have the assurance of being saved in accordance with God’s Commands, then protect your gift – The Holy Spirit. Be thankful in all things, even serious illnesses, trials and death. Thankfulness honors God and imitates Christ.
Don’t allow the spark of divinity that was deposited in you by God to be extinguished through evil communications, immoral relationships and the rejection and despising of messages delivered to you by His servants through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost. Stay out of sin and be devoted to Holiness with your entire being even as our Savior was devoted to obeying the Father in all things and keeping the Father’s Commandments.
Jealously protect the anointing and the anointing will jealously seal you for the day of redemption.
