If the only place that you Pastor is in a church or an institution or if it takes a congregation to make you a Pastor, then you were probably never called or sent by God to Pastor but hired and certified by men to serve the status quo and belief system of their particular religion. You are a hireling or a religious entrepreneur at best. But you certainly aren’t one of God’s gifts to HIS Ekklesia. (Ephesians 4:11-12)

God didn’t send His chosen ones to just pastor in a religious organization (church) at that organization’s pleasure or to preach only to a select group of self-proclaimed believers who already think they know GOD’S TRUE WAY.  (Denominationalism and Catholicism)

YHVH sent us into all the world as His ambassador just like He sent His Only Son into the the world. (Mark 16:15 and 2 Corinthians 5:19-20) 

We Are To Be Pastors and Undershepherds To All Believers In Our Reach and To All Those Souls Assigned To Our Care By YHVH and Christ through the POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT.

DON’T GET IT TWISTED!

Sheep do not make one a shepherd nor do sheep choose their own shepherd. GOD DOES! (Jeremiah 3:15,  Ezekiel 34:23 and Acts 20:28)

The World Is The Congregation To Whom God Sends His Chosen Shepherds.
