my song of testimony and praise
We live in an atmosphere of faith and trust everyday whether we realize it or not.
The manufacturers of various vitamins and medicines place their products in stores where we purchase them and willingly digest them into our bodies without the slightest concern for their cleanliness, purity, contamination or sabotage. We trust what is said about them by their manufacturers, our advisers, doctors, pharmacists, etc.
Upon the word of a physician or trainer or friends or advertising commercial, we buy artificially created medicines and alleged all natural supplements and place them in our bodies blindly trusting that they will help and not harm.
We trust in an unknown and politically driven and corrupt systems of quality control and governmental regulations to assure that the products we ingest aren’t contaminated or deadly.
We trust that the government and pharmaceutical companies aren’t conspiring together to target and experiment on certain segments of our population by contaminating their most popularly used drugs with dangerous chemicals that weaken the immune system and destroys cognitive abilities. We trust that the government and drug companies haven’t conspired together to clandestinely place chemical markers and nanotechnology in our medicines and other drugs so that they may track us and control us.
We trust in mankind and mankind’s knowledge and expertise and we gamble with our lives and health and well-being by trusting in man-made medicines and vitamins whose side effects are often worse than the illness and disease they are supposed to help.
And just in case you are not a person who takes aspirin or Tylenol or vitamins or any type of drugs or mineral and vitamin supplements, there is always toothpaste, bread and water that you buy and use while unconsciously trusting in their purity and safety.
We are constantly trusting in something and somebody everyday whether we realize it or not. And the people and things we trust in have been shown to disappoint and fail us from time to time. Some folks have even lost their lives trusting in mankind and manmade things and technology.
Although mankind has made some incredible advancements in medicine and technology, man is still essentially wicked, fallible, flawed and prone to mistakes and corruption. Only God Is Perfect.
So why are we trusting more in man than we do in God?
Why are we trusting more in man’s religions and notions about Christianity than we do in God’s infallible Word of Power and Saving Truth?
Why don’t we trust in God’s One True divine formula and/or directions for eternal salvation and the New Birth?
Why do some trust more in a demonic “sinner’s prayer” than in God’s command to repent and be born of the water and of the Spirit?
Why do we trust our own traditions, religions, feelings, science and reasoning over God’s Eternal and Holy Word?
Every person has been given a measure of faith. So why are we wasting our faith on what we know can’t be trusted and doesn’t work?
Why aren’t we trusting in the ONE True GOD who made the man who made the medicine?
It stands to reason that if God made mankind, He certainly knows more than man can ever know and He knows just what to do and how to do it to save mankind – mind, body and soul.
So Why Is It So Hard For Us To Trust God More Than Man?
As for me, I am trust In God.
