PRAISE THE LORD EVERYBODY!
There is a relatively new phenomenon occurring in a lot of our churches and it is being praised,  imitated and encouraged by some notable Christian leaders. It is the practice of “decreeing and declaring.”

The question is:
Does God instruct His children to “decree and declare” anything in prayer and if so where may this scriptural authority and practice be found in the Bible?
