If God gives us something and we use it to commit sin and bring shame and dishonor to His name, should we be surprised when He removes His gift from us?

If someone practices being as nasty and disrespectful as they can, if someone practices drunkenness, lewdness, profanity and sexual immorality as a way of life and boasts of their evil ways without ever repenting and being converted, according to the WORD of GOD, can they still be saved and enter into Heaven when they die?
